Tatwerat is a software studio working on ERP systems, web and mobile applications, and digital products. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse our website, explore our services and products, read our blog, or send us a project inquiry. Information we collect
- Project inquiries: our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, chosen service, subject, and message. We also receive any details you choose to include in the message. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive information through the form.
- Technical information: the web server and security tools may process your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and access times to operate and protect the site. To limit repeated form submissions, the site temporarily stores a security key derived from the sender’s IP address; that key expires after one hour.
- Site preferences and accounts: the site remembers your language and appearance preferences. If you have an authorized WordPress account, WordPress also processes your account details and sign-in information. If comments are made available, WordPress may collect the information submitted with a comment and technical details needed for moderation.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to review your request, contact you, discuss the scope of a possible project, and manage related correspondence. Technical information helps us keep the website available, diagnose problems, and prevent misuse. We may also retain information where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use a project inquiry to send unrelated marketing without separate permission.
Storage and sharing
Submitted inquiries are saved in a non-public WordPress inbox accessible to site administrators. A notification containing the inquiry is also sent to the email recipients configured for the site. Hosting, email-delivery, and security providers may process information as needed to provide their services. We do not offer an on-site checkout or collect payment-card details through this website.
Product demos, GitHub repositories, Medium articles, and social links may take you to other websites. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and external services
The tatwerat_language cookie remembers your selected language for one year. Your light or dark appearance choice is stored in your browser’s local storage as tatwerat-theme until you change it or clear browser storage. WordPress may use essential sign-in cookies for authorized users, and security features may use temporary data to protect the site.
We load site fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these files, it connects to Google’s font services and may send technical request information such as your IP address. You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser, although clearing them may reset your preferences.
How long we keep information
Contact requests remain in the private WordPress inbox and notification mailboxes until they are removed by administrators. There is currently no automatic deletion period for these requests. We keep correspondence while it is needed for an inquiry, related follow-up, or applicable recordkeeping, and review deletion requests individually. Server logs and backups may remain for periods set by the hosting and backup services. The contact form’s temporary rate-limit key expires after one hour.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to your personal information, ask us to correct it, or request its deletion or restriction. Send your request to info@tatwerat.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some information may need to be retained for legitimate or legal reasons. You can change your language and appearance preferences using the controls on the website or clear them in your browser.
Security
We restrict access to contact requests to site administrators and use reasonable measures, including form validation and rate limiting, to help protect the website and the information submitted to it. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information you sent us is at risk, please contact us.

We may update this policy when the website, its services, or our information practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
