1. Source code and license
Tatwerat sells applications as digital source code under a license. Your purchase allows you to install and use the application on an unlimited number of websites. The license is not tied to a specific website or domain.
2. Payment confirmation and delivery
After payment has been verified, we deliver the source code within a maximum of two business days. Delivery is made by email to the customer’s email address provided with the order.
An order confirmation or invoice email is separate from source code delivery. The source code is considered delivered when we send the email containing it.
3. Included support for 14 days
Your purchase includes installation assistance and help resolving installation problems or issues that appear with the application during the first 14 days from the date of payment.
This period starts on the payment date, not the installation date. Delaying installation does not extend or restart the 14-day support period.
4. Changes and customizations
Requested changes, customizations, or additional features carry an additional charge. They are not included in the purchase price or the included support period, even when requested within the first 14 days.
5. Support after 14 days
After 14 days from payment, free support ends. Installation assistance and resolving any later issues carry an additional charge, including when you have not yet installed the application.
The additional cost is assessed according to the nature of the issue or work required and the time needed to complete it.
6. Returns and refunds
You may request a refund during the two-business-day delivery window only if the source code has not yet been sent to you. Once we send the source code by email, returns and refunds are unavailable, even if it is sent before the end of that window.
