Safe, versioned configuration releases for the Frappe Framework.

Frappe Config Pack turns a deliberately selected set of Frappe configurations into a portable, inspectable .fpack release artifact. On a target site, the artifact is validated, compared with the live configuration, reviewed through a dry run, snapshotted, and only then applied.
